I had a wonderful experience. The supervising team is wonderfully caring, competent, loving to the participants and taught me a lot! I felt so good that the 6-day fast passed like a letter in the mail. I leave rested, light, with a catch of hell and a desire to bring to my daily life the benefits of a healthy lifestyle, learned here. It was perfect, a huge thank you to everyone !!
This is my third stay Fasting Thalasso Health and every time I come back delighted and rejuvenated, I lost 6 kg, I'm in better shape.
