One of the most customer unfriendly banks around,from the teller on duty to the manager. Their mission statement should be, "it's not what we can do for the customer, it's what the customer can do for us!"
Seemed very disorganised inside. Teller staff just walked out while there was a long queue to get himself a coffee from the cafe next door! I personally didn't like what I saw there so I walked out without opening a bank account to go to the La Caixa bank just a few doors away.
Went to yr bank today after checking on yr site and it said open from Tuesday 8.30am to 2pm When I got there it was closed. Went again later and still closed. It should have been on your site that it would be closed

No one should be allowed to pass without a mask even if they are an elderly person, even more so they have to look out for their health, it is a branch without any ventilation and they had let in a person with a scarf (a kaftan) on as if it were a mask. I do not think that being in the situation that we are in a global pandemic, they can afford the luxury of breaking one of the most important rules, the use of a mask. I would pray that the rules were upheld for the good of the employees and the safety of the customers. Thank you. Unless it is for something urgent or force majeure I will not come to this branch again.
