Friendly, helpful, patient. Highly recommend if you are unsure of places to go. Thou they have surcharge for tixs, it’s worth it as they will provide and share Other related info with you. Went near 6pm and they did not rush anyone there to en-suite about things
the staff should give more advice on purchasing bus day passes, particularly to ttavelers who purchase large amount of those passes. We didnt end up needing all these Day Passes and when we requested a return and refund, we were told we had to pay handling fees. Customers should be given sufficient information regarding refund policy. It made me feel that they care only about the sales.
Nice and useful place
Kyoto City Bus and Sub Way for 1 and 2 days can be bought here with free Kyoto Navi map.
The officers are very helpful and friendly, available to service and welcome the tourists who can not speak japanish.
The staff was very helpful. They have plenty of info and maps and speak enough English to make this a must stop when you get off the train. They even helped me get a hotel room.
