Just excellent!!　It was an exclusive moment to stay here. The staffs are very kind and know a lot about Kyoto. I got many info to enjoy around! In addition, the room is very tidy and cleaned up perfectly.

Best customer service i’ve ever experienced! Perfect Location! Would only stay here in Kyoto for the rest of my life.

Nice place

Spacious rooms with spectacular views. Delicious breakfasts spanning western, Japanese, and Chinese cuisines. Convenient to thousands of restaurants, shopping arcades, the river and canal. Subway stop in the basement.

One of my best hotel stays... great service.... outstanding breakfast variety.... excellent rooms.
