Check in was fast and easy, they provide free shuttle bus and free luggage storage. I deposited my luggages the night before i left Kyoto so that I don't have to drag too many luggage upon check out, since the reception counter is just opp Kyoto Station. Friendly and helpful staffs.
Very helpful and smiling staff, making check-in a breeze. We were even provided free shuttle service to our stay, and they returned our cellphone to us, that we had unfortunately dropped in the van, within half an hour of talking to their main office.
The apartment we got, 202, is a wonderful two double bed, sitting area, tiny kitchen and fully equipped bathroom with one of the nicest toilets I've been given to experience in Japan. All of that for a per-person rate that beats anything even remotely in the same comparison range in Kyoto.

Theses incredible people took PHENOMENAL care of us. Exceptional customer service and the people who helped us were so kind! Come to Kyoto and stay with these guys, an amazing city with wonderful people.
Easy to find, spoke in english, able to store luggage until ready to check in, shuttle also available for transport to hotel, note there is a kyoto accommodation tax to pay per person per night
Impressed with Japanese service! We checked in an AirBnB stay here. The staff explained everything in very detailed. At the end they offer shuttle bus service to take guests to each airbnb location. Never saw this in other places.
