The ambience is ok. But other clients can sometimes create a lot of noise and the phone booth room has no outlet. Cafe serves good stuff but non-members come in too, so have to contend with additional noise. Restroom is public area but need access card so not that convenient.

Very good place and welcoming people.

I wrote in the Regus app that "Members can use 24 hours a day". You can get to the Platinum Sentral from the station of KL Sentral. When I go there, it seems that I can't use Saturdays and Sundays. I will check if the member is really usable next time.
