Personally I am very satisfied with the service provided and very professional. Even yes when I went there last week with very simple dress as I am very mobile, they still attended me very well, which is the reason I straight away choose this place as my business base and office.

Beautiful space. Best coworking space in terms of design, feel and hospitality. As you walk in you'll be greeted with high ceilings. The colours and design of the space makes working more easy. I'm honestly glad I don't have to work in a corporate office anymore once I started working in this beautiful space. When work gets too much, I would usually take a stroll. Colony took up 5 blocks of level 5 so it's really spacious, and I can even go up to the rooftop garden with the KLCC Twin Towers in the backdrop when my guests come to visit me. A lot to show off once i started work here. My guests are all really impressed with where I work and I couldn't me more proud :)
Fantastic coworking space you can find in KL.. location is great.. price is reasonable.. very friendly people are always available to provide quick solutions if you need.. i compared it with other providers and concluded them with no doubt.. highly recommended!
One of the best coworking space, and the cheapest one. They give you card for you to collect stamps, and you will got 1 day after collect 4 stamps from them. They did provide free meals, but i not really familiar with it, maybe you can contact them. Unfortunately its kinda far away from public transport.
Good and conducive environment to work. The team members are highly capable in many task that has been assigned. Thank you Ms. Vivian, Ms. Dephanie, Ms. Alma & Ms. Cherry for assisting as much as possible.

A mix of bohemian-cool, industrial-chic, with a story. An environment that makes you connect with other entrepreneurs and brings out your creativity. Whether working in a group, for brainstorming; concentrating independently, for a personal project; or organising an event, for your team or company; it is a great space to be! Furthermore, the surrounding outdoor space is filled with energy, F&B shops, and much needed great coffee. The customer service is top notch, even VIP I would say, and all the COVID-19 measures have been implemented for one’s safety. I give it a 5/5!
The community manager - Adelyn and Natalia has done great hospitality and their efforts to take care every one of the member. Love CG as the space ambience is comfortable to work. Will definitely go back to them.
I tried a couple of coworking spaces in KL and decided to settle for that one. I'm really happy I did - this was such a great experience! Worked there about 1.5 month. The facility is top notch, the location is great and most importantly, the staff there is amazing! They organize cool events, which is a great way to meet people when you are new in town. Cannot recommend enough, I have used a fair share of coworking spaces in Asia and this is one of the very best! If you need a place to work in KL, look no further. Highly recommended!
During my two-week stay in KL I managed to visit all 5 Colony branches and what I can say is: they’re all great! Very friendly and supportive staff, stylish interior, convenient locations and all the amenities you’d need. Also the value for money is good and they will reliably send you an invoice. I enjoyed working in the cozy event space at Colony KL Sentral and I’ll remember the nice concierge, who gave me a blanket when I was cold :-) Thanks for providing such a nice and productive atmosphere & see you next time!
There is a bunch of nice people working in here, they have some kitchen island at the center of the office as pantry to let everyone gather and mingle around, the open space design is really cozy.
You will see there a few company settle here as their office, daily walkin also quite many, but still there is plenty of space available during social distance period.
However if you would like some quiet place to work, you might need to consider some where else. Here is not quiet ... at all. Along with the ambient music they played and groups of people openly mingle loudly at the pantry, during working hour.
There is many restaurant and cafe around here, finding food is here not a challenge at all. But here is the first co-working space I see serving instant coffee, I was kinda shock at first, but like I said there is plenty of cafe around for you to grab some decent coffee.
Once awhile visit here to enjoy working remotely and get surrounded by positive energy people is quite nice.
Nice,safe and clean,friendly staff. Nice view from 19th floor.But the parking space at this place is very confusing.take some time to locate the right building .
Further more at certain hours,the traffic are jamed like nobody business. If heavy rain worst still.

Amazing place to get creative at. They're open 24/7 which makes it ideal for digital nomads and startups. Lovely interiors with recycled decor which makes it quite cozy and of course it is all about the people! They host weekly events like Toaties Tuesdays where you get to meet each others and celebrate birthdays at each end of month. Plus, did I mention about the free lollies, coffee and more? I'd recommend WOTSO anytime to anyone :)
Good location and prestigious corporate address. Staff in Servcorp Ilham Tower are very helpful and professional, especially the manager, Grace that would go extra miles to solving clients issues. Many thanks to all of you for your excellence services! Keep it up!
I haven't met any of the staff yet who aren't friendly. They are all very welcoming and helpful especially a staff named Regina who was being extremely kind and helpful. Thumbs up for the excellent service, I'm now coming here regularly
