Welcomed by friendly staffs and lovely gifts.
# Not-so-friendly staffs at the desks
It took me at least 15 minutes for checking-in. A staff left me unattended after I paid my bill, without telling me what was going on. It would be great if the staff told me what had gone wrong and what he was going to do which required me to wait for longer time. (Other lines were checking-in quick)
When we checked-out, no clear instruction was given when we asked the desk (at car park entrance).
# Breakfast buffet experience
I would recommend you to eat your breakfast early, before 9am if possible. To avoid queuing and enjoy indoor seating. Various choices of food, there are few booths outdoors. By the way, their pastries tasted delicious! Love it!
The overall experience is great.
If you love to take pictures, you can walk around the resorts and explore beautiful scenery.
we really appreciate the hospitality.. we give 10stars for the hospitality.. i just wished all guests to be entitled to the 50% discounts for all services esp the food... overall, excellent! love it so much....

The scenery is beautiful and a great place to spent with your friends and love ones. It offer you the calming sea breeze and the water fun park is spectacular. Definitely will go there again, sometime soon after this Covid-19 curve flatten.
It special how you feel close to the people that you never met before. It happened to me and I am grateful for that.
Make shift stalls selling cooked food for take away - chicken wings, burgers, sausages, steam white rice with braised chicken (rendang chicken) plus few other small items worth the drive through. Few tables and chairs set up for those who choose to enjoy the food in relax environment. All in compliance of SOP.
A great place to stay with your family. The pool facilities are amazing. The staffs are friendly and helpful. Definitely will repeat staying here again
