My experience shopping with them wasn't pleasant in terms of "problem solving". When I placed my order online, I selected the products to be delivered through a parcel locker. Unfortunately, I made the mistake of mistyping my phone number and consequently, the delivery company couldn't reach me and returned the items.
When I realised the mistake, I corrected it and requested if my order could be resent. At first I received a yes , but later on, after a long wait, I was informed that a refund was being processed.
Nice relatively large store for toddlers and kids clothing needs. The shop 5 10 15 is centrally located opposite the playground and in the shopping street and other shops. Prices are perfectly fine!
All OK. On the occasion of children's day, a cool promotion of everything -50%
It is a chain or decor, prices are a good standard. However, the staff commitment was poor, I felt bad asking questions when shopping.
