When I was in Kauai, I had to rent an office to take some important meeting. Though the website itself was bit confusing on scheduling the room but I was able to understand it, especially after the call with Allison. I had the KOA room booked for 4 hours and the price was totally reasonable.
I showed up in the location and got in using the door key code shared by Allison. I was able to quickly setup my wifi as well. The speed was very good, in fact much faster than what I usually get in most of the places (including at home). I took the video conference from my laptop with no interruption. The room was super clean and had everything I needed. They also have break room with coffees and water. The rest room was very clean as well.
I highly recommend this place if you are unfortunate to do official work on your beautiful vacation days but this place will make the situation better for you!
A gem!! Co-working in a lovely, professional setting. An incredible place for focused meetings. Allison, Director of Operations, is delightful, helpful, kind, open-hearted and we'll connected. The owner Susan has created a truly wonderful space with her vast expertise in lighting. She has been a local business owner for over 25 years, and she is offering this extraordinary space for Kauai digital nomads to find tranquility and reliability. This space is a top-notch, multi-purpose meeting space for focused conferences, workshops, or whatever you can dream of. With quality restroom facilities. And Kō Bakery and Mauka Sushi within walking distance. Find convenient parking in a central Kauai location. Facilities will be expanding in 2020. Come check it out for yourselves!! Our team absolutely loves the 808 Workplace! Susan and Allison truly created a space that promotes creativity and gets people excited to work. The space is clean, modern and very well put together. The space and amenities offered are so helpful for small businesses and traveling workers. We definitely recommend this space to anyone in need of a work space that is both affordable and nice.
There are 2 shared workspaces in Lihue. Even though it was hard to decide, I finally chose here - The 808 Workplace.
The reason is the people. Everybody working here is passionate and loves what he/she does. We share information and support each other through various meetings and events.
Building a community is the biggest benefit of shared workspaces and The 808 coworking space is the best place for me.
