My husband and I just stopped into get iced coffees. The staff couldn’t have been more inconvenienced by our arrival. Two iced coffees, not asking for much. There wasn’t a line, there were three employees fully capable of taking our simple order. We had to address the cashier to which she responded, what do you want to order? No hello, these people look miserable. Please have them find other employment as coffee delivery is not their preference.
Starbucks inside Harris Teeter at Freshfields Village is a well managed Starbucks that is there when you need it. I have had many successful trips here and they have been quick and efficient and everything has been well made. They are well worth a visit if you are in need of Starbucks.
Really enjoyed my egg nog latte.
Unfriendly and rude employee. Barely said anything (I wasn't even sure she heard my order when I gave it to her) and then snapped at me when I grabbed a straw and said I wasn't supposed to take one. I wish I would have walked the 20 steps to any of the other coffee shops in Freshfields Village.
This starbucks is not a real starbucks. They don’t honor starbucks advertising or marketing specials. Only found out after we got double charged.
