I started going here in January of 2020 and I LOVE it! I rent from the shared space as opposed to a private office. There are 2 phone booths for privacy if I need them, and conference rooms to rent if necessary. I can print things here and there are mailboxes as well.
The community is great! Yesterday I grabbed lunch with a new friend I met here and we just left our stuff (computer, etc...) and it was perfectly safe and sound when we returned. The people are kind, both the other workers and the staff.
I will stay here for as long as I'm in Chareleston!
Great shopping area on Kiawah Island. Shops are great for location and there is a Harris Teeter that is much needed. Parking is tight when the place gets busy and it does get busy. If you stay in the area you will be glad to have this near by.
Eric H. & Taylor T from west edge showed me around this evening. I was late but they were nice enough to wait around. The place is probably the nicest in town and you can really feel they developed a great sense of community among all the residents. I hope to sign a lease soon and get moved in.
I moved into the Heyward apartments over two years ago. I can say all of my experiences have been extremely positive! The amenities, maintenance, the front desk, etc. The community is very quiet- perfect for someone who worked from home even before COVID. When I put in a routine maintenance request, all have been completed super fast. The pool and gym are large and always clean. The residents are all very friendly and kind. Oh and how can I forget- these apartments are BEAUTIFUL! You truly cannot go wrong with living here. I promise!
Beaufort has developed a vehicle to pull together local Tech interest in a helpful way, and a place to help people launch ideas into business. With programs like TECHconnect, and free Co-working at the Corridor, they promote discussion on tech-progressive happenings, and give a footprint to the Tech community that is spread across town. Looking forward to great things!

Highly recommend this co working office! It was a big step to leave my home office to join Venture X but I am so glad I did. I believe it was my best business move of the year. The networking and community in itself is a huge benefit. The staff is great and are always creating cool office events, booze carts, Christmas parties, pancake breakfasts, you name it. Very impressive office suits to wow your clients. Oh and if that’s not enough walk right out your front door to the brewery and all the restaurants in Park Circle! Worth every penny. Awesome place keep up the good work!
Local Works is a fantastic co-working space that is lively and friendly. I've been a member for just a month, but in that time feel like I've joined a good group of people. I'm excited that my membership helps local businesses!

Since moving here in November, this place has been great. My wife and I love our apartment and the community. Park Circle is a great area to be around, and it is so convenient to my job in Mount Pleasant. We have not had any issues.10/10 would recommend to anyone looking to move here.
Starbucks inside Harris Teeter at Freshfields Village is a well managed Starbucks that is there when you need it. I have had many successful trips here and they have been quick and efficient and everything has been well made. They are well worth a visit if you are in need of Starbucks.
Really cool old mill being restored to an office/shared office space. During our tour we notice a huge water leak in the D2L offices. But...it should be fixed* soon*
