This is a beautiful and peaceful community very close to the Keystone mall and a picturesque lake which is great for walks. My experience with the management has been great, all staff members have been helpful. Especially Nick ensured we were satisfied with our apartment, he was very responsive with questions and service requests which made our move pleasant and stress free.
We lived here for 4 years, there were a few nuisances as their typically are in apartments. The gym was way too hot in the summer and the dumpster was often overflowing - however, they were pretty responsive when I called with concerns (usually) and were friendly. The apartments are pretty nice for the price considering I paid more in broad ripple for a more run down apartment.
We lived at 3738 in 3A and we were beyond satisfied with our experience. Every morning the maintenance staff was at the dumpsters bright and early cleaning up any trash that other tenants failed to get into the dumpster. The pond is great for fishing and a very peaceful run around as it’s almost a mile exactly! Walter was the main office person that I spoke with most and he always made sure that we were taken care of and went out of his way time and time again to ensure our satisfaction. For the price and the location, I don’t think that it gets much better! I never had any problem with noises or anything and if I ever had any maintenance problems, they were quick to respond and get it fixed! My wife and I got married at the beginning of our tenancy and this was the best apartment that I could imagine before buying a house of our own. I highly recommend this place and I highly recommend speaking with Walter. Overall, we had a great experience and the new staff is beyond accommodating!
Don’t bother even applying. Spoke to Luke and Walter in the leasing office and they told us to pay for the application online and then they would call us back. They’ll charge you an app fee take your money and never answer your phone call again. I’m currently headed up there and if nobody is there to help us I’m just gonna report this as a fraudulent charge and report river crossing to the better business bureau. You guys should be ashamed of yourselves.
I hate this apartment complex. They are not responsive at all to work orders and ignore phone calls to the office. The office is often vacant during posted hours of availability. I had water coming into my kitchen through a hole in the roof and they didn't fix it for six months so I moved apartments within the community. My smoke detector was malfunctioning and all they did was replace the batteries even though they said they would replace it. The management is absolutely horrific. It is NOT worth the price to live here.
