I have been a long time tenant of Yeager Properties in Fishers. I rented from blueprints. I cannot speak more highly about what a great landlord thy are. Their rent is stable with only small increases to account for inflation. The building is impeccably maintained. They just finished remodeling a bathroom that they did a major improvement on 2 years ago. I think they paint the exterior of the building every 3 years. The parking lot is kept clear of snow during the winter and the landscaping is well maintained. They clearly exhibit a pride of ownership that I pass along to my customers and visitors. I'm proud to tell people my business is in this building. They are responsive when you have concerns. They have upgraded our internet connection multiple times and their conference video services utilize the newest software! Again, they are always updating their services and building. If you are looking for a home for your small business you owe it to yourself to check out Yeager Properties!!
The inside of this building is awesome! He decor is completely unexpected considering what the outside of the building looks like. I visited Faceology on the 2nd floor and the office was great. Highly recommend Faceology for lash extensions!!
Newton Massage is AMAZING!
