Great location, just across from Bryant Park. They have a Blue Bottle coffee in the lobby and endless food choices on the same block. The layout is a bit odd with some offices and hot desks crammed together and then some spaces really opened like the second floor. The elevator is really slow but they have one grand staircase that is very picturesque. And the staff here is outstanding, they really make you feel really welcome!
Nice cafe in the lobby. Attentive staff and brand ambassadors. Good selection of companies. Only issues are the elevators, takes too long so get spaces on lower 4 floors.
Clean park with a variety of play spaces and structures. The water feature is perfect for little ones.
Great location with a Blue Bottle right inside. I only saw the 3rd floor so experience is a bit limited, but it had a nice time and I could see getting a lot done there. People were mostly great, save for those who were laying down the law on their MacBook keys. Seriously, dude had zero self awareness as he murdered those keys. You could probably hear it from next door. Oh well, still a great experience.
DO NOT host an event here. Staff extremely rude and loud during event. They were told multiple times to please quiet down (very distracting during our presentation) and in turn were very rude to our attendees. Stay away!
