It is the day when I find out the third time that I have not received correspondence sent to this office, as a client at this address I am pissed off by business. I do not like the lack of respect for such simple services, if someone can not cope with such simple processes as being in the office during business hours or simply accepting correspondence, the conquest of the market is unlikely to be successful. I advise against all who want to run their business without any problems. I've been a customer for over a year, it's enough.
