Easy access, good social facilities, parking on the property, I recommend.
I had the opportunity to rent a conference room. Nice surroundings, available parking spaces (though a few, but enough) and good access. On the other hand, there is a lot of trouble with the room itself - and this is the lack of an ordered flipchart, and you have to ask for a WiFi password, no pen pens. Well, simply all standard equipment - usually necessary for meetings - not available. Nice and pleasant room, almost no sound from the corridor. I have mixed feelings.
