Personally, I rented a place (admittedly for a short time, but I ended up with orders so I closed the company) and I have nice memories, people very nice and accommodating, there was no problem with the place. With deferred payment for rent also. I recommend anyone who wants to run a business in calm conditions.
Tragedy, in solemn appearances - a very unpleasant administrator of the facility (Mr. Jan M.). The so-called "security" that occurs here at the "reception" instead of the friendly receptionist / receptionist - can be inaccessible, unfriendly and coarse (if at all there is a police station). Difficulties with parking and a few men "bodyguards" who are absolutely uninterested in the safety of vehicles left in front of the object in the area of his private parking lot. Access to the facility for customers limited more than the opening hours of the LIDL store located next to the office building ...
For entrepreneurs - all additional fees are hidden and not clear from the assumption, nothing is included in the price of renting the premises except energy and heating (there is a lack of electricity which is not compensated in any way). Very high additional costs such as telephone or poor cable internet. Fantastic office building with an extremely incompetent management (more than half of the office building is empty due to notorious problems affecting tenants served by the current administrator of the facility).
At this moment, I absolutely advise against.

I had the pleasure of contacting Piotr and the impressions are very positive. As for the premises - this considering the distance to the center and proximity to strategic places in the city, prices look competitive.
