Tickets and popcorn are been sold are the same cashier place, which creates big queues . Mainly in cinema theatres tickets and food stuff is sold separately
The entrance is very spacious with lots of points to purchase your movie ticket so no long waiting. There are the usual movie menue items for purchase.
In terms of the facilities, I think there are 15+ screens. The one during my visit was very spacious, clean and top of the line.

- you are unable to purchase popcorn without purchasing a special face protection. I guess this measure is to prevent people from removing their masks.
- cenema halls are booked to only about 1/3 capacity I think.
- face mask required and there are lots of available hand sanitisers.

Not bad for the price. I would prefer to go to cinema city, felt cinema city has better screen and better sound quality. In general multikino is not bad. During the Christmas and other holiday it can be over crowded.
Was there for a conference, really nice venue and close to a big shopping center
