Agata, Anna and Sebastien were brilliant, they made us feel safe and special. Nice quiet hotel away from the drunken antics in town, but with all the facilities you need. Bed and pillows not to my taste, hence only 4 stars, but they may be perfect for you
Perfect, quiet location. Very easy to reach the town centre as there a bus stop next to the hotel.
Spotless clean rooms, very professional staff always able to meet your needs.
I love their special floor which is for adults only...the walls are soundproof...and the bed has the best mattress ever! - it cuddles you.

Very Nice hotel in Kraków. The staff very helpful & friendly. Situated close to central of the city and 15mins with taxi to the airport. Quite ideal place to stay.

Hotel is same as before. However quality of the welcome drink lowered to the standart level which is everywhere. And mainly selecting concrete themed room during the advance booking does not mean you will get it. So don´t get hopes until you have keycard from it.
Perfect price for performace. Our room was located at the 10th floor with great view and themed into motorbikes. Which was really nice and differentiate the hotel from usual Novotel standart in the good way. As a member of Accor hotels program I got the best welcome drink so far. Easy enough connection to the city center via public buses, which are located straight in front of hotel
