very nice hotel in Kaprun. close to the lift station and local amenities. hotel facilities were excellent and staff very friendly. The Spa was particularly lovely after tough days in the mountains.
Nice and clean hotel. Beautiful spa, but unpleasant due to all mixed and nude, especially for young women. Staff was friendly but a bit too stretched. Good breakfast, dinner salad bar was brilliant but the main course wasn't everyday up to par. Please fix better coffee for breakfast.
Lovely hotel room perfect. As a fussy eater the food is not entirely to my taste. All staff were lovely. I has a visit to the Spa which was so relaxing. The swimming pools looked good too.
