For 9 years I have been seen by a gynecologist on Ivannikov, I go every six months. I was in July, took tests, ultrasound, examination, the next time I came in December, they could not find my card, they said that I had not been there for a long time, so my card could be disposed of. It turns out that 2 times a year is rare, so you can simply throw out the card with all the ultrasound and analyzes for 9 years without notification. Well done, no words. I passed new tests, waited for the result by e-mail, as usual, but after 5 days of waiting I called the main number, they said that they were ready, but call another number to send them, and so they sent me from one to another 30 minutes !!! This is not why I go to a private clinic so that you waste my time for my own money! The clinic has deteriorated a lot, it looks more like a state medical institution.
Before leaving the country and upon arriving back, I took a PCR test for Covid-19. Very fast and convenient. By appointment, you arrive at the appointed time, you do not need to wait, no queues, you pass the analysis and the result comes to your e-mail during the day. They make a translation into English.
I took a smear for covid-19 on Ivannikov. Came 30 minutes earlier. Accepted ... the rest did not come by their time. Everything is fast .. polite ... The result was ready in 24 hours. They sent it to El. Mail. All liked it. Thanks to the staff.
The bottom is incredible. In general, no one is interested in who, how much and to whom is recorded. Workers walk by themselves along the corridors. We will not wait for the doctor, we sit for almost an hour.
