I definitely NOT recommend this company and realtors to anyone. They provided a very poor service, took days to reply our questions, and they ignored our proposal by never giving us a feedback, after requesting so many private details. Very unethical! Alika, the person who initially helped us, at any of our conversations, had the properly information about the space we applied for, neither about the client they were representing. The way he treated us was very frustrating and not caring. Maybe because we are a small business, taking off during a pandemic time. Remember, all big trees grow from a seed.
Horrible property management company. Totally against small business. Not willing to do what it takes to be sure small business (the heart of America) survives. Too bad Kam Schools puts their properties in such poor hands. I'm sure they can find a better company to do business with.
