The space is really great with so many options for a remote, semi permanent or permanent working set up. The staff are so friendly, helpful and just cool! The coffee is delicious and the cafe has a bunch of food on offer as well. There is a kitchen if you bring your own food to work. Boardrooms are available for meetings and these include screens. Wifi is quick although we did have an issue connecting on the day.
Perch Flexible Offices offers private offices, co-working work space as well as venue hire for private corporate or social events. There is an in-house coffee bar and deli situated inside Perch. Perch is centrally located in the heart of Rosebank and conveniently situated across the road from The Rosebank Mall. Perch has ample parking and situated next to Rosebank Mall parking. Perch is situated on the second floor with elevator access to the space.
The Quartermaster Group has moved to Perch. The location has become the home base of my management team who have been working remotely for the last 18 months. In a world of cloud computing, video conference calling and regular scrum meetings, Perch provides us with a great hot-desk environment and boardroom infrastructure for our regular internal and client meetings.
Great space. Modern design. Good coffee. My new favourite out of office work space.
It's a shared space office for small businesses and entrepreneurs. The deco is sleek and modern and the atmosphere is relaxed. I love it.
