Great community
I received a recommendation for the place by a colleague, as we wanted to reserve a meeting room for the team leaders, and accordingly, we contacted the place to find out the prices and book the place on the desired date.
After inquiring, the answer was that reserving a room for 4 hours for ten people is equal to 2000 Saudi riyals, including the coffee and tea provider and some services such as a display screen and others.
Unfortunately the customer service coordinator lacks basic skills in communication and welcoming and suddenly accused me after asking him about how to pronounce the name of the place and its owners of not being reliable in the reservation and that the reason for the contact was to search and collect information from the market !! His style was substandard and totally unethical. Even when explaining to him that the reason was reservation only, he was adamant in his unprofessional stance.
The place is more than fantastic and the customer service is excellent
