Great hotel / hostel accommodations central to Ipoh attractions. Helpful team, clean rooms & premises and a small out- door rooftop for me, a good work place. Recommend
Good hotel and one of the most affordable.
This is my go to hotel whenever I'm in ipoh.
Its cheap, clean and in a great condition.
Only issue is the parking which is roadside parking and during the day, might be hard to find.
This was a really unpleasant stay. My room was next to the public toilet. Cleaner washed the toilet at 8am morning and woke us all up. He made noises and even sing very loud. The room has really no sound proof at all. The room has super dim lights which were quite different compared to the photos in Airbnb. Registration has poor service. Do not stay here.
Place is OK. Room is clean and big washroom. But parking is limited around the SOHO. Need to park at UTC which is 3 mins walk away but it's a place for morning Market so it's really smelly. Water pressure was very low on last day before checkout at 12pm. Not good for a warm and humid day that you may need a good shower before leaving the SOHO.
I booked Superior Queen Room (17 m²) that has no window. There is air purifier in the room, so good ventilation. Because of it's strategic location to touristic places, plus corner of building, I can imagine the noise from traffic. Choosing a room with no window means off away from the noises.
The attached bathroom is equally spacious as the room itself, with good ventilation and no clogging on the drain. With shower power pump - it is a Good accommodation with Quality basic amenities met. A really good sleep here.
Perhaps traveling during the RMCO, it is less packed. So, we heard noises from happy goers quite less. There is lift, and option staircase. Hand sanitizer easily accessible. Clean property inside and outside. The eatery and pasar is walking distance. For a budget, this is good choice to recommend.
