Me and my boyfriend are residents in Ibiza and had walked passed it many times never noticing how beautiful this hotel is once you walk in!
We had a beautiful suite with our own kitchen (with all its supplies), little dining room and the (most comfortable) bed EVER!
Very thing works perfectly and it’s very new, we didn’t get a room with sea-view but at night we could clearly hear the waves and it was just very peaceful, you wouldn’t expect it since is relatively close to the city center.
Price-quality wise this place is top notch! I have absolutely no cons and will be DEFINITELY coming back.
The staff is just the kindest, very attentive and sweet.

I had a super time at this brand new and well designed hotel. To be fair my room was a suite on top of the hotel with a terrace with a 270degree view over the ocean. Truely amazing. D’Alt Villa is a 10-15min walk away. Staff is mostly sweet and helpful. Can only recommend this hotel.
Eventhough the hotel is nice, the service for late check out is absurd and really bad. The price is insane high for what is normal in the travel branche. So we are very disappointed in Eurostars.
Excellent Staff, especially breakfast & reception! Really went above & beyond! CONS: Gave it a 1 Star for all of the following, especially since I paid for a Suite, almost double the newest hotel in Ibiza, El Puerto Ibiza (in a much better location by the way) & they call themselves 4 Star!: No bellman & numerous stairs to drag heavy luggage, no check-in driveway, nor even instructions or signs where or how to check-in/park, etc. Maids don't replace dirty glasses. They said guests have to clean them, despite the fact that the maids take the dirty ones & there's no dirty glasses to clean! TV's are locked & you can't use Chromecast, No room service, no ice machines, large visible stain on the sofa (gross!), No Parking anywhere, bare bones staff during this time of the year. PROS: Awesome showers & A/C, 2 Level Suite is awesome, 2 balconies & great views, super modern decor, 2 large walk-in showers
