Very bad customer service, they charge you for everything and most of the charge they won't even explain what are them!!! Choose another bank if you don't want to be robbed!!!!!
The worst Santander office. Criminal treatment. I went to get money from my account perfectly in order and they bothered me, they changed the codes and the data they looked for any way to screw me and since they couldn't do anything else in the end they let me get my money. They should fire the bitter and envious old women who are in the boxes and who do not want to serve customers. You have to open a report and make it reach the vertices of the Santander administration. That there are people of this level in a Spanish bank is unacceptable.
