AWFUL SERVICE! AVOID!
Wanted to test out lipstick colours which a woman working in there was 'ordering' she kept on picking up the colours I was trying and I was about to give up when she asked if I needed help, but this wasn't in a friendly way, more undermining.. so I said no, I just wanted to try the colours on my hand as they're all so different.
Then she started saying I was in her way! So I said I wanted to try colours and she said she was trying to order the lipsticks and I kept getting in her way.. to which I then stated I was a customer just testing in order to buy a product from the store?! I asked if she could do her order just after I finished but she said if had to be done right then.. really?!
I said to her that her customer service stank to which she walked off... then the 'store manger' came over and half arsed apologised and stood up for employee. Then I said I worked in a store also and understand things have to be done, but the customer is more important... apparently not in this shop.
Then the employee got her bag and left, so the order was really important?
I asked for the employees name which wasn't given to me, when I asked the 'store manager' for her name she then gave me it but couldn't spell it.. convienant?
The woman who was ordering the lipstick actually argued with me and was the rudest person to work in a shop I think I have ever met.
I buy from MAC normally, but I bought nothing as I didn't want to give them any custom.
They also shut early when they want to as the day before they were shut 10 minutes before they were meant to.
Go to Kiko just up the road instead they're really nice and friendly.

Very bad experience, the clerk looks up and down and passes Completely. I asked him about some lipstick and he responded by "obligation" because he has no education
