This is an excellent place to set up a temporary office or have a working space if you are fed up of the Work From Home routine. There are different and unique kind of work stations, some are isolated offices while others are in a common room with like minded colleagues around you. You can take a refreshment break at the cafeteria with unlimited cups of tea or coffee. The rent is based on the type of space you select and it is quite reasonable. They were temporarily closed during the lockdown but have opened up again.
Flexi option is budget friendly for startups

flexible seating arrangement.. Cafeteria for simple food.. And lots of fun... Atleast 10 - 12 types of seating arrangements.. Are available just have a look and you will be amazed..
Lovely ambience. Very clean place. Small cafeteria is also available inside. Tea and coffee is freely available.
For my work, this place is little noisy. Conference room cost is little high which is one drawback.
