The receptionist is quite rude. I asked a question, she sighed heavily and then gave back an answer quite rudely. Should I apologize for asking a question? Her friend then came to visit and the receptionist was very nice, gave some candy, and they spoke happily. Within 2 minutes time, she showed how poor customer service is here. Rude to a customer, but nice to her friend that visited.
