I arrived 15 minutes before closing and only needed to print a few papers. I went to the self printer and did it myself with no need for help from anyone but they were closing up. However, nobody approached me trying to rush me. They stood by the door patiently, until I was done. Then kindly let me out, Telling me to have a good night. Thank you office Depot
Every time I walk into this store I’m promptly greeted by someone asking to help me with what I’m looking for.
Went for color copies at this place. The boy on the cashier couldn’t help me showing how to use the machine at $.65 per copy. Two cashiers there but he was helping the boys first, ringing their purchase first. Meanwhile no explantation! Then I spoke to the manager, arrogant one, while teaching me how to use the copy machine. I did all the work. Don’t be a customer at this place. Almost $20 spent and a bad customer service. They want you there!
I use this location on a weekly basis for my business needs. I have always had a positive experience until recently they changed their printing fees and guidelines with no notice. I send them things Via email weeklt and was not notified of these changes until I had to pay this new charge. If the company can send me weekly emails as a loyalty member you can notify costumers about new price addons. I will no longer be using this location.
