If you need a commercial leasing agent, I highly recommend Diane Lawson of SVN. I have enjoyed working with Diane for almost 20 years. She is extremely professional, knowledgeable, and creative. She provides excellent advice as to any improvements we should make, or not waste money on, to attract tenants and she treats every listing, no matter the size, like it's her most important. She is particularly good at guiding tenants to those "hard to lease" spaces and showing how they can work for them. Can't ask for more!
