I have been using their mail service for my business since 2016. The office space is always well cleaned and well decorated which serves nicely for when I rent an office space to meet with customers.
Having my work address being located in Lake wood ranch has gotten me more than a few customers too.
I highly recommend this service to all of friends who have a business.
Interesting concept. Professionals basically come here and can rent an office to practice their profession out of.

Though tucked away, once you locate it, it's a breeze to get to and has numerous restaurants and services in close proximity.
There is ample parking, and a friendly receptionist to greet you inside.
If you have to wait for someone, there's a lovely main waiting area with comfy armchairs, wifi, a bulletin board, large screen tv and pub tables/chairs, as well as free refreshments (lemon water, coffee, teas, treats).
Not only that, but they have an art showcase (changes quarterly) on the walls around the entire 1st floor, and I've seen fliers for frequent (tenant) gatherings/ parties. Has a real 'community' vibe.
As for their business services, I've not used any but have thought that if I lived nearby and had a small biz, I'd surely consider them.
Was able to have a business meeting in our own rented business room. Worked perfectly. Plus, there is free coffee
