We love working in this building. The place is always kept clean and the staff is friendly and super helpful. The president, Leon, is very personable and treats you like family. We’ve been leasing here for a little over half a year and our experience has been great everyday since we signed our lease. Wether you’re looking for a shared space, conference room, or to lease, this is the best place in Hollywood to do it.
The Emery is an amazing space for co-working or setting up your work meeting. I booked a conference room for our office's offsite meeting and it was an amazing location. The space is gorgeous, it has all of the media capabilities to host a meeting (TV with connection to laptop), restaurants close by to order food for lunch, tons of parking spots and best of all great attention from their staff! The Emery has done a great job with their space and I can't recommend them enough.
I love this place! I recommend to anybody who’s looking for a workspace, its the best one in Hollywood! You have 24/7 access to the building, the WiFi is amazing and the staff does a great job accommodating your needs. This workspace is also stylish, clean and neat. The restrooms always looks brand new and the air fresheners they provide smells ahhmazin. Becoming a member also provide you with access to FREE coffee and tea so no need spending on that here.. I also like that you have the opportunity to meet a lot of different people, I’ve already connected with a few members and built some meaningful connections.. All in All 5 stars!
