I cannot recommend the Hive enough as I have thoroughly enjoyed my experience here. The friendliness, professionalism of the staff along with the cleanliness of the space with a plethora of desks and offices per your request. Upon arriving at the spot, I was given a tour by an amazing community lead which I found to be extremely informative, welcoming and flexible. As I was simultaneously looking at other options as my working space, the staff here was accommodating and not pushy about me having to pick this workspace. When I did pick this spot in the end, I did not regret it at all and thus I heavily advise you to come try it as well!
Nice staff. Management lazy and useless. The space itself is decent but is way overpriced. Great location if you live in Thao Dien. Chairs very uncomfortable. Meeting rooms very small. Pay with local cards or cash because it's 50/50 chance staff will know how to successfully process foreign credit cards. Make sure to lock everything or take everything with you or it will potentially disappear and management will just shrug their shoulders.

This place is nearly unusable.
Firstly there is construction going on in the building next door 2 meters away, jack hammers and everything....
The atmosphere is more for those with light duty work, lots of chit chat, people moving around. Not surprisingly the offices are full because at least then you can shut the door and do whatever it is.
This place seems to be for those who just want to be around others or get out from their bedrooms.
The chairs are more like small wooden stools with minimal back support. The desks are tiny with power points really badly positioned in the middle of them. The AC is barely on, maybe its on like 26 or 27c ? Its a small place too. Not feeling it at all.
EDIT: Added an extra star as the staff are really friendly.
