At first, coming from a different company/culture, this was an adjustment. But, I can honestly say that I love being in charge of making my own day to day priorities while driving towards an overall set goal. It makes me feel empowered and I take pride and ownership over the work I'm doing each day by working here.
There's such things as a perfect coworking space but this location is near perfect! Very welcoming staff, clean and hygienic workspace (this is so important!) and nice international standard facilities. Also, great place to find foosball lovers
Comfy and cozy workspace for individuals who seek for quiet place with great service. Also there are meeting rooms for seminar or client meeting. Worth 5 stars from me.
Matcha drinks are tasty, but once I tried Mango mile crepe, it tasted like a banana, so terrible. Then a manager are forced to replace a new cake for me because that one was going to be out of date Btw a waffle was yummy!!!
Good coworking space if you're looking for more of a community focus. A lot of social events, and daily group meals. It's actually a villa with bedrooms, a kitchen and a pool. It's a unique location in a more hidden area of District 2, just outside the Thao Dien expat bubble, which is an advantage. No contract required so it's flexible. For those who are more work-focused, it may lack some of the more professional amenities you can find elsewhere, such as a business copier/printer. Cleaning could be better and the building could use some renovations as there are small issues with the facilities such as plumbing and doors. The manager can also be a bit of a difficult personality sometimes.
My most favorite Morico (I haven’t been to Morico Diamond Island and Saigon Pearl) but out of 5 branches in D1, this place is the best. Good lighting, high ceiling, both indoor and outdoor seatings. Since this place is located inside mPlaza so they’re really busy at lunchtime during weekdays. But really good vibes, calm and more quiet in the afternoon or at the weekend. Nothing much to say because everything stays same to other places, food quality, service... are all good.
Parking fee at mPlaza is unexpectedly high but they offer 2-hr-free packing pass.
Shared office, great place to work, good coworking area, good views. Fully furnished, no extra charge. Free tea, roasted coffee and detox drink. Happy Hour party in every Friday evening. Staffs are very friendly.

Great new co-working space opened in late 2019. Beautiful design and very spacious. Really vibrant and filled with good vibes, amazing for freelancers and start ups like myself.
I have read the review and booked this restaurant 1 month back to celebrate my wife birthday, the restaurant complies with my request to give me a seat by the window. The price is reasonable and there are a lot of varieties to choose from, food serving is very fast. However there is a small incident whereby I have ordered pork belly but we waited quite long but the dish did not serve at all, until we check with 2 staff and later they told us that it is not available, so in the end I have to order another dishes. The complimentary birthday cake came in big portion and the matcha and red bean taste good. Overall the food are of high standard and delicious, will definitely be back again if I ever visit Ho Chi Minh City again, highly recommended.
I cannot recommend the Hive enough as I have thoroughly enjoyed my experience here. The friendliness, professionalism of the staff along with the cleanliness of the space with a plethora of desks and offices per your request. Upon arriving at the spot, I was given a tour by an amazing community lead which I found to be extremely informative, welcoming and flexible. As I was simultaneously looking at other options as my working space, the staff here was accommodating and not pushy about me having to pick this workspace. When I did pick this spot in the end, I did not regret it at all and thus I heavily advise you to come try it as well!
This place is currently used for organizing English events on Thursday evenings and Sunday evenings. Reasonable cost for the drinks. But it will be much better if it offers some kinds of bread. The restroom is just fine.
By the way, two 1-horse-power air conditioners are definitely not adequate if it is full of people.

A little bit hard to find its parking lot for the first time. Small space for self working or studying. Suitable for an individual and small group around 2 to 3 cuz you are required to keep a quiet space. However i dont enjoy that quietness much :)
There you are charged 30k for 4 hours in-house and drink price is around 15 to 25k. When that 4-hour course ends you have to order another if you continue staying.
The drink is fine, free water and tea refill.
