Go ANYWHERE else but this coffee shop. Yes it’s convenient if you want coffee but I guarantee you’ll have the worst service with employees and their aweful attitudes. The woman who served me on 6/18/20 in the evening would not stop rolling her eyes at me and was very rude. She made my drink with dairy after I paid extra for soy and repeated that it needed to be soy multiple times. If I could rate this negative a star, I would. Kroger, change your Starbucks employees.
Older bigger lady was terribly unprofessional. She got upset with me because she didn't know what drink I was ordering. Once I got to the window she never said a word and rolled her eyes under her mask the entire time. Won't be going back here.
Extremely rude staff, went in to order coffee while they were “open” and the gal with severe attitude yelled at me that “I just got here and we ain’t open yet”. Nice...
The young man working this store was the only employee there. He said he was in training and the woman training him called out today. He was alone and admitted he would have to text his manager if the order was something he didn’t know how to make.
He attempted to make a double chocolate java chip frapp. It was horrible. It seemed to have no sweetener in it.
He couldn’t make the strawberry frapp and was “trying to figure out how to make it”. I finally asked him to tell me what he knew how to make and was given a caramel frapp.
He had several customers waiting.
The seating area had a spill on the floor that had completely dried. It looked like a whole cup of coffee size spill.
The manager should’ve come in to help his young man or elected to close the store.
While the trainee was doing his best he was unable to do his job.
We paid for two drinks but left with nothing. Both our drink were undrinkable.
