The place is nice and professional "looking" BUT BE CAREFUL....., they charge $40 per hour to sit in the conference room (and more if they can get it). They may breach negotiated terms of a deal they make with you, as they did with me.
Do not use any phone number they may offer or provide as they will not let you use it and will not forward calls to you if you leave, as they did with me ....even though I offered to pay to rent the number or have the calls forwarded.
In my time, over four years, there was one receptionist who saw fit to not take my clients information. When a prospective client called seeking a meeting, she failed to take their info or to schedule a meeting and then she saw fit to provide legal advice. She was not licensed to practice law. She committed a "felony" when she did this. The unauthorized practice of law is a felony. I have the whole thing on tape. It is mind blowing. To their credit, they did fire her for this. One of the current receptionists has a hard time smiling and seeing her on a daily basis was depressing.
The turnover there in terms of management and staff is astounding. In my time there, there were at least 5 managers and at least 8 or 9 receptionists that came and went. The place looks nice but be wary! They breached their agreement with me and the rents go up substantially each year. It is a big relief now that I am no longer maintaining an office there.
