Novel Coworking is a great environment to walk into everyday! It's always kept clean and feels warm and welcoming. There are fun floor gatherings for events and daily coffee, tea and beer available. Novel does a great job at supporting all the different businesses needs and takes care of any issues quickly. I would recommend joining Novel to anyone who needs a working space that is inclusive, efficient, and fun.

Novel is a bright spot in the vibrant Phoenix start-up space. Fully furnished offices for any size team in a central location. With amazing 360 degree views within walking distance to restaurants and public transportation this is a great spot for anyone looking to get out of their home office or who is looking for someplace other than the local coffee shop to work. Conveniently located next to a First Watch - You have to try the 1 Million Dollar bacon.
Our office (Tandem Collaborative) really enjoys being a part of the Novel family. We've had the opportunity to grow into a few offices here. Katie, Blyss and Lauren always make sure we are taken care of. When there is an issue, they stay on it until it's resolved. We highly recommend being a part of this community.
Moving into a professional environment has helped my architectural firm, and I'm quite happy to have moved up from a residential address. It's also one of the nicer buildings on central, the architecture has some shape to it - it's not just a boring corporate building.
24-7 access is a plus, and I've met a lot of entrepreneurs I wouldn't have otherwise met. I have generated more business with these new contacts.
If you're ready to up your game, definitely take a tour. Plus there's a new cafe downstairs - Tom/Cen.
