We've been working from Novel for a short while, and absolutely love it so far. Ashley and Tyler are fantastic hosts. We love how attentive they are. Also, the space is very beautiful. And the coffee machine is excellent. Plus the rooftop is gorgeous. And the water dispenser is great.
Beautiful venue space! Perfect for any size event. The rooftop is amazing with its indoor/ outdoor layout and beautiful gardens. The retro fun and funky 9th floor is a great indoor option!
Our company moved into Novel 16th last month and we cannot be more excited to join the community. Not only are the amenities off the charts but the staff make our professional experience easy and fun. I highly recommend Novel Co-working for you and your company.
I recently joined Novel on Welton St after touring many Downtown Denver co-working locations. If you are a fan of boujee amenities, coffee machines, sick rooftops, and great office spaces without breaking the bank, I recommend Novel on Welton St.
If you prefer spending more money on less-desirable office spaces, you’re in luck- there are other places downtown.
I have been here for a year, leasing a dedicated desk. I enjoy the overall feel of the location that I’m on. Very tall ceilings, open space. The price is competitive compared to other coworking spaces, and I think Novel on Welton is a good deal for the price.
The community managers are always open to hearing ideas/comments/complaints. I appreciate their efforts in always trying to keep and bring in new services for the building. They also do a good job of creating building wide events like potluck, morning mimosas, catered lunches, happy hours, morning events – and if you don’t feel like participating, there’s no pressure.
