I’ve been working at the Novel Co-work space for about 3 months and can honestly say it’s a fantastic co-working space. While still under completion and dealing with the Covid-19 crisis the co-work space has made sure that there is minimal disruption to workflow. The current building amenities are awesome as well.
However, what really makes this a great shared workspace is the awesome dedicated staff onsite. Cathryn and Felix go above and beyond to make sure the office space runs smoothly and all their client’s needs are met. Whether its Felix answering early am emails on the weekend or helping you set up the team is there to help beyond their expected duties! Cathryn goes above and beyond to take the time and help with whatever you need. She spent over an hour helping solve a printer issue rather than just passing along the tech team info, and because of her help, I never needed to reach out to the tech team and got a quick solution. She also helps plan the co-work space events, like wine down Wednesday, or recently she put together macadamia cookie day (with other options). She also takes into consideration vegan and other dietary concerns and makes everyone included and able to enjoy. Cathryn always has a positive attitude and makes the office space a great place to work. Cathryn and Felix really make this location awesome! Would recommend to anyone looking for a great shared office space.
I have a novel office in Missouri and visited here to co-work while on long stays in Miami that I do frequently. I am glad I stopped in and put this great perk to use as the Miami office is well designed and beautiful inside and surrounded with beautiful palm trees outside. Such a nice, peaceful, and welcoming environment. It has been and continues to be the perfect setup for me continue working virtually and not miss a beat. I was given a tour to make me feel at home and was up and working effectively in virtually no time at all, along with being given a pass to park my car and to get in the front door after hours. Appreciated all the treats at the fall day holiday party too! Thanks again and I will be back soon!

Entrepreneur Heaven. Just moved in and love it. I have checked out many other co-working spaces and hands down, NOVEL wins. Affordable, various sizes offices to pick from, spacious, clean, great energy and a terrific crew running the show.
Really tiny spaces and unprofessional staff. The offices can really only fit one person at a time. So I can’t have any employees working there. Which would beat the point. You need an office to work with others in the same space, otherwise I can just work from home on a computer and phone if just myself. All the office spaces have glass walls so no privacy. They have beer there but why would I want to drink beer while working? Also the WiFi uses a complicated sign in process, so if you want to add more devices you can’t really.
