I Strongly recommend this place to you. This is the right place what I was exactly looking for in Hanoi, Tay Ho. Every staffs in Co-working Space Tay Ho is friendly and ready to respond whatever you need. The best choice with if you need a place for your start up business or personal project fpr short term in Hanoi. Tay Ho is also really great area for foreigners English based. I got pretty nice impression and experience with Vietnamese friends, This place helped me out a lot. Thanks :)))

Worked from the Tayho Toong location for a month. Can't complain: clean and open work space, good location near the lake, reliable and fast wifi, open meeting rooms, and a gym w/ pool next door. Compared to Clickspace, another coworking space nearby, Toong seems to attract a more established working crowd.
