It's a great place to stay if you're in the city. Placed smack in the middle of the old quarter, it's pretty accessible from various parts of the city. Compared to Downtown, it's definitely quieter and more for sleeping in. Would definitely recommend for my next visit

I was incredibly impressed with the value that we got from this hostel. Booking online in winter we found dorm beds for about $5 a night and this included breakfast. The bunks are almost like your own mini room and the breakfast was very very substantial every morning. It's in a good location, clean and the staff was very helpful!

AMAZING! Took us to a bridge and some markets I never would’ve been to on my own, and was extra special having a local to explain everything to us. Phúc was so fun and patient with the group. And holy egg coffee - SO delicious. I feel like I gained a way better understanding of the quarter and the country and would definitely recommend this tour!

Pictures do not match this location. Building receptionist has never heard of Workthere Hanoi, but has rejected people looking for it in the past, she says. Savills on the 6th and Regus on the 5th offer office space, but nothing like the coworking environment pictured. Think small rooms in posh business offices

Nice and clean hostel in a very good location on the edge of Hanoi old quarter. Reasonably priced considering cleanliness and facilities. Near to old quarter and not far from the train station, good food and bars. The receptionist, Lee, helped us out greatly with our trip to Ha long bay which we were definitely overpaying for. We've stayed here twice now and on both occasions have been very satisfied.

They provide wonderful serviced office with very flexible term of leasing. I love their Businessworld card that I can use to access more than 2000 business lounges all over the world.

Nice and comfortable place for work in the centre of Hanoi. The receptionist was very welcoming and professional. Coworking space was very clean, cleaning lady was doing a very good job. Variety of tea to choose from.
Fast wifi, comfortable chairs, big desks and reasonable price. The only drawback was that it sometimes was getting quite loud with people talking around or having (conference) calls.

A very decent hostel, a bit noisy at night due to the train line close by and the karaoke club besides. Overall what's important to me was cleanliness and services. The guys here are amazing and super helpful. They never say no to anything. The rooms, beds and bathrooms were cleaned everyday and maintained well.
Specially Alex was so so helpful in booking the tours, i found that i got the best deals on tour bookings through this hostel from Alex.

It has everything you need as a budget bed & breakfast. It covers linen bed, strong wifi, decent bathroom, and locker. The location is good to around Old Quarter.

The hostel was great providing all you need with comfy beds and big secure locker and a nice bathroom for £5 a night. I believe there are only 8 bedded dorms here and no variation. However the room has some sort of sticky liquid under the sink that smelled quite bad. Breakfast is included which was okay but there is no food options for the rest of the day. This is okay as there are many restaurants in the surrounding area. The staff were very useful and the hostel offered cheap and good tours to all the surrounding locations.

Awesome place. Bit out of town. The staff are really good English speakers and kings at banter. Free beer hour and we booked a day trip with them which was awesome. We were very difficult guests by accident and it never seemed to irritate them. Would definately recommend to anyone going to Cat Ba.

Great co-working space if you are looking for a more family-like atmosphere. When full, the place can be a bit cramped but the connection is still fast and stable. Only a few westerners but everyone speaks English to some degree and the staff is very friendly (worked here for 4 months)
