The norms at Dreamplex are to make people feel welcome and supported, to assume best intent, to be patient and solicitous in helping people grow and learn. One of the most impressive things is that the management relationship is not the kind that makes you feel watched or judged, but managers seem to go out of their way, whether or not sacrifices are necessary, to make sure that you feel comfortable, are not stressed, and most importantly are growing in your role and toward your next promotion.
The location of Dreamplex is second to none. What an amazing find. Uniquely decorated and very quirky. Even though right in the city, this Building was tucked away between houses so you wouldn't even know you were in one of the busiest parts of HCM city.
The moment you walk into Dreamplex, you automatically know you are in the right place. Everyone is so kind to each other, and that is all thanks to the amazing team at Dreamplex that works to ensure every member feels welcome. If they don't have an answer to one of your questions, they are quick to find a solution and completely reliable.
