I was incredibly impressed with the value that we got from this hostel. Booking online in winter we found dorm beds for about $5 a night and this included breakfast. The bunks are almost like your own mini room and the breakfast was very very substantial every morning. It's in a good location, clean and the staff was very helpful!
Its really really good place. When u arrive, u will be served, given a cup of drink. The friendly staff and polite. Cleaning rooms, comfortable bed. I recommended this place. Sometime if i come to hanoi again, i will stay here again again and again.
Located in a very touristy area, most of the receptionists speak fluent enough English and the accommodations are clean and tidy.
Breakfast was tasty and not just toast and butter, coffee was a little disappointing as it tasted like instant coffee.
We stayed in the shared hostel room on the second floor, as usual exercise caution in foreign places with others, there are drawers with locks provided albeit fairly weak or semi-broken.
They do offer tour/attraction bookings, for popular areas but we already had train tickets booked privately so I can't vouch for how well priced they are.
Overall very happy with the stay even if it was short.
