- Front desk employees are very friendly and help as far as they can. There is no complaint from my side.
- The sales force is unhelpful and untrustworthy. Ask critical questions and make sure that prices are a matter of negotiation! The quiet offices facing the inner courtyard were withheld from us as an example on the pretext that a major customer had already booked the offices. This information was not honest as it turned out later. The offices were then rented to small customers elsewhere - very poorly communicated and, demotivating for us customers, we recommend Regus.
- Pay attention to outrageous cleaning fees when moving out - even after a few months of rental and impeccable walls! The sales team will try to impose this fee on you! € 200 in our case.
- The offices on Bahnhofsplatz are not worth the money - unless you have a hard hearing. On days with good weather the street musicians are out here - you don't want to make customer calls. After a month at the latest you have every song in your head by heart and concentration is then impossible.
I think it's a shame that the Regus sales team is intransparent and uses American business practices from the late 1990s to negotiate. If you want something modern and sincere, you better look at the younger competition.
Terrible office:
- Personnel understaffed and staff partly overwhelmed and unfriendly
- Overheated (up to 26 degrees in winter with heating to 0) - no willingness on the part of the staff + supervisor + service hotline to change anything. Quote: "Winter is really warm this year"
- You prefer to use the sanitary facilities only in the morning
- Cleaning of the offices allegedly every day .... I can not confirm
- reception partly not occupied (because only one person is responsible for the whole house)
That was the first and last time Regus ....
I am happy with the camp staff, very polite and always helpful. As a driver, I recommend :)
