Very nice ambiance and full of good food options. A great place to have one’s office. It’s lawns are well maintained. Parking is unplanned and a bit of a problem. Has a lovely Beer bar- Open Tap, which offers great beer selection and a variety of starters.

Clean, niche place to sit and chill. Because of buildings inner part have good shade and cool wind to enjoy outside area. In winters it will be A awesome space to sit, read a book and enjoy your coffee. Plus there are lot of other outlets as well like California burritos which will be a new space to explore. Good maintenance too, regular cleaning must emphasize.
Very nice location good space for window shoping. All types of shops available, specially IT offices hub.
