Pizza is always good, maybe of the best in the area. Margarita was a little weak, but still good. The appetizer was chicken wings with celery and carrot sticks without question the wait person gave each of us our favorite dip. Place is usually clean and comfortable with the exception of the bench seats. I have to give them a thumbs up.
Jennifer in the printing department at the Foley location is a great employee, very helpful and patient. We have done a lot of business through this store marketing our businesses and Jen has helped us spearhead our logos, menus, graphic signs, yard signs etc! What would we do without tour awesome employee. Oh and let us note that she’s the only person who knows how to completely operate the printing center. Sad to say but a Mgr couldn’t help us one day we had to wait on Jennifer! So kudos to Jennifer
I was provided with great, professional service when I stopped through to purchase an office chair. They did not hesitate to offer assistance or answer any questions. I just want to say thank you for the wonderful customer service.
The worst customer service I have ever had! They were too interested in talking about what was for dinner. I had a meeting that I needed paperwork for and was unable to get help to get it printed will never use Office Depot again!!!!
I had a run in with the female millennial manager a few years ago over a coupon. I won the argument. And evidently she remembered me. Sorry to say she is still working there. I called today about getting some business cards printed up. I was told to come on down and it was free for the design, as long as it was a next day order. Well after driving fifteen minutes one way I was told the cost to do it in store was $25. And if I did it from home it was free. What if I had driven 45 minutes? And why was I not told that when I called ? The main point is there was no apology. And the look of disdain on that manager's face made me want to write this review. This store is always empty when I go in. I will not be surprised when the place is vacant. Especially after the customer service I received.
