The worst agency you can find in lausanne.
After being tenant for two years, I can say that they have zero professionalism, collaboration and honesty towards their tenants.
They will try to rip off your money until the last day of the lease.
I tried to find someone to take over my lease, they ignored multiple emails, calls, turned down all candidates and made me pay the rent until the end of the lease ( we are talking about 5 months). Extra charges and fictional expenses, all for the sake of money.
A simple update email can take up to a month, you show your anger, they will simply act as if you don't exist. The only thing on time is the bill.
Conclusion: Think of legal insurance first.

Après avoir été locataire pendant deux ans, je peux dire qu'ils n'ont aucun professionnalisme, aucune collaboration et aucune honnêteté envers leurs locataires.
Ils vont essayer de vous escroquer jusqu'au dernier jour du bail.
J'ai essayé de trouver quelqu'un pour reprendre mon bail, ils ont ignoré de nombreux e-mails, appels, ont refusé tous les candidats et m'ont fait payer le loyer jusqu'à la fin du bail ( on parle de 5 mois). Des frais supplémentaires et des dépenses fictives, tout cela pour l'argent.
Un simple courriel de mise à jour peut prendre jusqu'à un mois, vous montrez votre colère, ils feront simplement comme si vous n'existiez pas. La seule chose qui arrive à temps, c'est la facture.
Conclusion : pensez d'abord à une assurance juridique.
Terrible experience with them, despite having had a good experience with the Geneva office in the past. Here in Lausanne they don’t answer e-mails or letters and they don’t fix problems in the building. We’ve had mice in the storage area for months, and issues with the hot water supply for more than a year. When the building owner finally switched to a new regie and concierge service, the problem was fixed within 2 weeks. Meanwhile, I’m still waiting for the reimbursement they said I was owed for the heating service in 2019. And they lie to your face! They claimed the payment had been done, and when I asked for the proof of bank transfer, suddenly it hadn’t been done after all. Be prepared to call your legal insurance for every single issue or it doesn’t get solved.
Despite very big communication problems at the beginning which required a lot of patience and effort (reason for the stars in less), the technical assistant in charge of my building turned out to be very efficient. He was able to surround himself with experienced partners and I am extremely satisfied with the result.
I had the misfortune of having to deal with them after our building was bought by them. I will never rent from Rosset (besides ca ryme).
The welcome was exceptional and the whole team mobilized to find a solution to our problem.
